About Us

About 8 years ago, we started on our own journey of building a passive income portfolio. This journey made it clear that even with all the internet resources and with the slew of property management companies available, the right answers were still hard to come by and knowing which questions to ask was even harder.

So, we set out to get answers. We surrounded ourselves with RE focused experts such as lawyers and CPAs and other likeminded individuals. We resolved to become experts ourselves. We learned about company structures and tax strategies. We learned about lead based paint, Section 8 housing, and squatters rights. We became active members in influential landlord groups and learned about Philadelphia’s laws and different landlord programs.

We kept building our knowledge and skills and we soon found ourselves helping other landlords navigate difficult situations and when they loved the outcomes, they asked us to manage their properties.
